Job summary

PCL Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Rigger to support project sites in Tonopah, Arizona. You will assist with rigging loads, signaling crane operators, and performing load movements on a fast-paced team. A NCCER Rigging certification and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

The role offers an hourly wage range of $20 to $26 plus a per diem of $120 per day worked for eligible travelers. Schedule is Monday–Friday with 5/10s, and eligibility requirements apply for per diem.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• NCCER Rigging or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Know the proper slings, hitches, and rigging equipment for each load.
• Apply proper rigging on loads.
• Give ANSI hand or voice signals to Crane Operators.
• Assist Crane Operators with safe lifting, moving and placing of loads.
• Perform pre-use inspections on rigging equipment and assess rejection criteria.
• Move work pieces, tools, and supplies up to 50 lbs per person.
• Perform other related duties to ensure an efficient work environment.
