Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to travel across New York, visiting 22–30 retail locations daily, building relationships with merchants and educating them on client financial services and program benefits.

The role is a temporary 90‑day assignment, Monday–Friday, with no weekends. You will receive a company mobile device, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and weekly pay with available Next-day options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit 22–30 retail locations per day across the assigned territory.
• Educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and in-store branding.
• Document visits using mobile tools and report activity to Retail Operations.
