Job description

General Purpose Of The Job

The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. The Foreman is the clear leader of the WTI crew, focusing on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their region. The Foreman is responsible for delivering timely service to all WTI customers and managing exposure to risks.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of each WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools are safe and identify any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
  • Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project, including communication with: the WTI Field Resources Supervisor, the Sales Rep, the WTI crew, and the customer/client.
  • Manage project schedules, crew start and end times, daily productivity, and resource availability to complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification.
  • Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, complete an end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walkthrough to ensure workmanship quality and address any punch‑list items before leaving the job site.
  • Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps maintain a professional appearance and conduct during customer interactions.
  • Order, track, and monitor inventory; ensure quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
  • Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500.
  • Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before forwarding them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
  • Monitor and manage Field Reps; consult with the Supervisor to resolve employee work‑related issues and, if needed, elevate them to HR.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules and review time reports daily, making necessary corrections with the admin team.
  • Attend all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
  • Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • 30‑hour OSHA certification
  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required
Other Skills And Abilities
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
  • Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • High School Graduate
