Job summary

STRUCTURAL is seeking a Field Resource Coordinator to join our Salt Lake City team in North Salt Lake, UT. You will coordinate field staffing, support recruiting and hiring, and manage onboarding and training for new hires.

You’ll track attendance, time off, and staffing changes, arrange travel, and partner with field leadership on workforce planning. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 5+ years in workforce coordination, HR, or recruiting.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Staffing: Manage daily, weekly, and long-term schedules to ensure projects have the right crews and resources.
• Support Recruiting & Hiring: Assist with reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and coordinating new hires.
• Manage Onboarding: Lead new hire orientations, coordinate safety training, screenings, and employee documentation.
• Track Workforce Information: Maintain accurate records of attendance, time off, training, staffing changes, and employee information.
• Coordinate Travel: Arrange travel for field crews and assist with expense reporting.
• Support Field Operations: Partner with construction leadership on workforce planning, employee needs, and general administrative tasks.
