Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to engage homeowners with TDS fiber internet, TV, and phone services in Lake Geneva, Delevan, and Burlington, WI. You will work in the field, representing our brand and delivering exceptional service while building community ties.

Enjoy a flexible 40-hour workweek, with hours 9 AM–9 PM, Monday–Saturday, and hybrid admin time from home. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions can lead to $100,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Must have access to reliable transportation
• Must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitors license as required by market
• Background checks may be required by local municipalities

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits in your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs and sell TDS services.
• Record and submit daily sales orders and reports to your supervisor.
• Manage customer relationships from sale through installation and follow-up.
• Create community buzz by attending events with our Marketing team.
