Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking a Residential Sales Representative in Wisconsin to meet homeowners face-to-face, introduce fiber internet, TV and phone services, and serve as a trusted advisor in the community.

You'll knock on 60+ doors daily, engage 15–20 people, help 1–3 families upgrade their internet, and represent the brand with enthusiasm and top‑tier service. We offer an uncapped commission structure with a 40‑hour workweek and admin time from home.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers: door-to-door visits, networking, referrals within assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls: identify needs, present effective solutions, close sales to Meet targets.
• Record and submit daily sales orders, agreements and reports per guidelines.
• Manage customer accounts from initial sale through installation and follow-up satisfaction.
• Create community buzz by participating in local events and promoting services.
