Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast in Boston is seeking a Reset Specialist to perform product resets per plan-o-grams, grow shelf space, and support the sales team across the Boston Sales Center territory.

Responsibilities include coordinating resets, ensuring brand and promotional goals, communicating with store staff, placing racks and equipment, maintaining LOS standards, and promoting safe, compliant store environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Willingness to drive to multiple locations within the Boston Sales Center territory.
• Experience with plan-o-grams and space management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to plan-o-grams.
• Ensure brand, package and promotional goals are reflected in store sets.
• Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity.
• Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs.
• Support sales team with trade execution including racks and equipment, updating POS elements.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times.
• Adhere to policies on product age, quality and safety; perform other tasks as assigned.
