Job summary

RDSolutions seeks motivated Field Representatives to join a growing team in Virginia Beach. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a guaranteed minimum with unlimited upside, and the opportunity to collect pricing, promotions, and merchandising data for major retailers.

You will use the company app to record data, meet project criteria, and transmit files to our corporate office for client delivery. Training is provided, with a $200 sign-on bonus for this area and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to collect work assignments
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the company app on a set schedule
• Capture prices, displayed promotions and potentially photos of merchandising
• Transmit completed data files to the corporate office for review and client delivery

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
