Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to join our growing team. You will collect pricing, promotions and merchandising data at retailers, following a schedule you set with your manager.

This role offers a $200 sign-on bonus, training, and a productivity-based pay structure with uncapped upside. You’ll work flexible hours, receive drive time and mileage reimbursement, and advance with learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with pricing app required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work in cold store areas when required.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on schedule set with manager.
• Capture item prices, promotions, and merchandising data.
• Transmit collected data to corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
