RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Part-Time Field Representative Team in Urbandale, IA. You will use a company pricing app to collect pricing, promotions, and merchandising data on a schedule you set with your manager.

The role offers a comprehensive training program, a guaranteed minimum with unlimited upside based on productivity, and benefits like identity theft protection and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers as some projects require collecting items in these aisles.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the company app on your set schedule.
• Capture data such as item prices and displayed promotions and potentially take pictures of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit collected data electronically to the corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.
