Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated part-time Field Representatives to collect retail data such as pricing, promotions and merchandising. On your agreed schedule you will use our pricing app to record items and transmit files to the office for client review.

You will receive initial training, a guaranteed minimum with upside, mileage reimbursement, paid drive time, identity theft protection, and a 401k with match. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cool store aisles is required.

Qualifications

• Self-macroscopic traits and reliability required for field data collection.
• Ability to follow project criteria and meet deadlines.
• Comfort recording pricing, promotions and merchandising data using a mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the company app per schedule.
• Capture prices, promotions, and merchandising displays as required.
• Transmit completed data files to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
