Job summary

RDSolutions in San Diego, California is seeking a part-time Field Representative to collect pricing, promotions, and merchandising data at retail locations. You set the schedule with your manager and complete projects that fit your life.

You’ll earn competitive, productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum and unlimited upside as you improve. The role includes paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, 401k with match, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on your agreed schedule using the company app.
• Capture data such as item prices, promotions, and merchandising displays.
• Transmit collected files electronically to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.
