Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives to collect retail data such as pricing, promotions and merchandising information. You’ll set your own schedule in collaboration with your manager and participate in a comprehensive training program.

The role offers a $200 sign-on bonus for this area, a productivity-based pay structure with a guaranteed minimum and upside as you improve. Benefits include 401k with match and drive-time/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery stores.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the pricing app according to agreed schedules.
• Capture data such as item prices and displayed promotions; possibly take photos of merchandising.
• Transmit collected data to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
