Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives in Texas to collect pricing, promotions and merchandising data at grocery stores. You set your own schedule with your manager and use our pricing app to record information.

We provide a comprehensive training program and offer productivity-based pay with a guaranteed minimum and unlimited upside, plus benefits like 401k with match, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Set the agreed schedule with your manager and use our app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising while working on designated projects.
• Transmit the completed data files electronically to the corporate office for review and client packaging.

• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.
