Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to collect retail data, including prices and promotions, at grocery stores. You will set your schedule with your manager, record information via our pricing app, and transmit data to the corporate office for processing.

Candidates should be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of standing for shifts and lifting up to 40 pounds. Training is provided, with guaranteed minimum pay and unlimited upside, plus mileage reimbursement and 401k with

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with required detail.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Use our app to record prescribed product information on schedule set with your manager.
• Capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, and potentially photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed data files electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
