Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our part-time Field Representative Team. You will set your own schedule with your manager, record pricing and merchandising data via our app, and submit files to clients after validation.

Training is provided, with a competitive pay structure and opportunities for advancement. You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with required detail.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willing to work in cold grocery store environments when collecting items.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information on the company app on your schedule.
• Capture data such as item prices, promotions and merchandising photos.
• Transmit completed files electronically to the corporate office for review.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
