RDSolutions is seeking self-motivated Field Representatives to join our growing team on a part-time basis in El Paso, TX. You will use our company app to record pricing, promotions, and merchandising data on your assigned schedule.

No fixed hours; compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum and unlimited upside as you complete projects, plus paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app access for data collection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold grocery-store environments.

Responsibilities

• Record prescribed product information via the company app on your set schedule.
• Capture item prices, displayed promotions, and product merchandising.
• Transmit collected data electronically to the corporate office after verification.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be asked use our company app to record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
