RDSolutions seeks self-motivated, dependable Field Representatives to collect retail data like prices, promotions and merchandising in assigned stores on a part-time basis in Texas. You’ll set a schedule with your manager, follow project criteria, and transmit results electronically for client review.

The role includes comprehensive training, guaranteed minimum earnings with upside, and benefits such as 401k with match, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to collect assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in grocery store environments (cold temperatures).

Responsibilities

• Set your own schedule in partnership with your manager.
• Record product information such as prices and promotions.
• Take photos of displays when required and transmit data to the office for client delivery.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
