Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time Field Representatives to collect retail data such as pricing, promotions, and merchandising in grocery environments. You set your schedule in partnership with a manager and record data via our pricing app.

The role offers training, a productivity-based compensation model with a guaranteed minimum, 401k with match, and mileage reimbursement to support flexible work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with pricing app to record assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Capture item prices, promotions and potentially photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed data to the corporate office for review and packaging to clients.

What will you be doing?

• On the agreed schedule that you set in partnership with your manager, you will be askeduse our company appto record prescribed product information.
• There will be specific criteria that you will be asked to follow to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions and potentially pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Once you have successfully met the criteria of the project you simply transmit the file electronically to our corporate office for review and packaging to our clients.

• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
