Job summary

Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $52,000 annually, plus mileage reimbursement, with pay based on experience. The candidate will drive between job sites, coordinate with project managers, and ensure installations meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience helpful.
• Commitment to safety in all work practices.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to job sites.
• Must be a good communicator.
• Required to pass drug test and subject to random test.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis.
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day.
• Schedule work to be done in an efficient manor.
• Determine best method of installations and repairs.
• Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Respond to any complaints or questions regarding installations.
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
