Job Description

• Running duties, including delivering documents for filing, police reports and other documents essential to our daily function.
• Contacting and screening patients, accident insurance adjustors, attorneys, etc. and ensuring all processes and procedures are followed in an effort to obtain payment on behalf of our clients.
• Meeting deadlines and completing assigned tasks timely and efficiently.
• Researching and contacting local records departments for the purposes of obtaining incident/accident reports.
• Mailing, faxing and/or couriering documents needed in an effort to obtain payment on behalf of our client.
• Visiting patient homes and screening for details of accidents.
• Mileage Reimbursement Provided.

Qualifications

• Full‑Time Field Representative.
• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual English and Spanish REQUIRED.
• Must have reliable transportation; driver’s license and valid auto insurance required.
• Experience in insurance claims, collections and/or accident litigation, hospital business office or law firm strongly preferred.
• Computer savvy, 40 wpm, 10‑key by touch, Microsoft Office, internet and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including dealing with patients, clients, insurance companies, etc.
• Must be prompt and presentable.
• Dependable transportation.
• 8‑5 shifts Monday through Friday.
