Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Two or more years of industry experience in a reliability engineering role.
• Technical knowledge of reliability aspects including PCBA, battery, power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor field performance and identify failure trends across vehicle platforms.
• Validate customer usage against assumed rider profiles for reliability.
• Develop service platform and database for common documentation.
• Define ongoing reliability testing plan.

Skills

Reliability engineering experience

Understanding of reliability statistics

Experience with root cause analysis

Working knowledge of Python

Knowledge of statistical reliability software
