Field Reimbursement Specialist Senior Manager - Northeast US

About the Role

The Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement is responsible for executing reimbursement strategies to ensure optimal access to products within our respiratory division, supporting Patient Access and Reimbursement (PAR). This role involves leading a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), meeting regional objectives, ensuring compliance, and participating in strategic meetings to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of FRMs to achieve goals through compliant behavior.
  • Develop regional and national strategies to support product access.
  • Evaluate, coach, and guide local business plans and presentations.
  • Hire, motivate, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and provide technical expertise to FRMs, including conducting business reviews and managing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with business rules through field visits and virtual meetings.
  • Develop workflows and procedures, and communicate updates effectively.
  • Coordinate training efforts and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Working Conditions
  • Remote, Work from Home.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a degree (Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, Associates, or High School diploma with experience) and at least 2 years of management or leadership experience. Relevant experience in third-party access, managed care, clinical support, or sales in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in healthcare or related field.
  • 5+ years in management and 2+ years in access/reimbursement or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Access & Reimbursement environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $187,920 - $208,933, plus a comprehensive rewards plan including health benefits, bonus, stock incentives, time-off, and flexible work options.
