Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote education on reimbursement challenges and services.
• Educate on benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and payer pathways.
• Assist with case management, billing updates, and claims processing.
• Set up appointments, make outbound calls, and coordinate with physicians and manufacturers.
• Monitor territory performance and provide quarterly reports to clients.
• Develop provider and manufacturer data for reimbursement databases.
