Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson’s PECS team seeks an Account Field Reimbursement Manager for the WV, TN, KY, VA, and IN territories. The role focuses on supporting patient access to oncology therapies, educating healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, and collaborating with internal teams to address access challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Educating HCPs on reimbursement, claims, procedures, and coding
• Collaborating with sales and support teams as a reimbursement expert
• Addressing access and affordability issues promptly
• Partnering with managed care teams on policy understanding
• Providing field-based reimbursement support and education
• Building trust with healthcare providers
• Managing territory logistics and planning
• Staying updated on market dynamics and payer policies
• Supporting patient and practice needs through distribution channels
• Collaborating across departments on access and affordability strategies
• Ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or public administration; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in account management or reimbursement
• Expertise in pharmacy and medical benefits, coding, and billing
• Experience with managed care and revenue cycle processes
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50%
• Residence in the territory

Preferred:

• Oncology experience
• Certifications in prior authorization or billing/coding
• Knowledge of payer approval processes and healthcare ecosystem
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, MS Word, and Excel
