Overview

Field Reimbursement Manager-Immunology/Pulmonology/Gastro-Boston N for Regeneron. The Field Access & Reimbursement environment for specialty biologics requires dedicated and focused customer facing support through the Reimbursement Management Team. The Field Reimbursement Manager is a frontline member of the Regeneron Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team. The primary purpose is to support Health Care Practitioner offices in obtaining appropriate access to Regeneron products for patients, ensuring optimal access and understanding of access services and program support for Regeneron product portfolio. This role supports the company and divisional reimbursement strategy for Regeneron products within various payer segments and navigates multiple internal stakeholders including sales, payer teams, alliance partners, and HUBs. Reports to the District Manager of Field Market Access.

Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with Regeneron and Alliance sales organizations (Sales Directors and Medical Specialists) to act as a process and payer subject matter expert, developing a strategic tactical plan for Alliance products access and reimbursement initiatives tailored to each product and account within the defined market.
  • Complete established performance parameters and monitor personal performance; collaborate with partners such as District Sales Managers, Medical Specialists, other FRM, Reimbursement, Marketing and Access teams to ensure efficient coverage and knowledge of REGN patient services within defined accounts.
  • Provide process, payer, and specialty pharmacy support services in concert with District Managers/Medical Specialists to educate physician offices regarding coverage of alliance products and streamline coverage and specialty pharmacy processes.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscape, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for assigned products.
Qualifications
  • Biologic expertise (Specialty Pharmacy/Buy & Bill) preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-regional communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple regions via different mediums and achieve results with internal and external customers.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologics working in a matrix environment, with 2 years of Reimbursement experience; experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network is expected.

Salary Range (annually): $163,100.00 - $206,500.00
