Main Responsibilities:

  • The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be the field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and other business-related issues within the Dupixent Business Unit.
  • The FRM is a key front-line member of the Sanofi Patient Support Services organization, collaborating across internal stakeholders, Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay (Patient Support Program), and program vendors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and executing the national strategy by building reimbursement confidence with customers and supporting patient pull-through efforts.

FRM responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be a subject matter expert on Dupixent MyWay support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options.
  • Act as a point of contact for Patient Support Services (Dupixent MyWay), collaborating cross-functionally to lead Dupixent pull-through efforts and support the ABM as appropriate.
  • Educate office personnel on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs.
  • Develop and implement geographic business plans to support access to Dupixent.
  • Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, including Specialty Pharmacy and Utilization Management criteria for Dupixent.
  • Build positive relationships with key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Partner with colleagues to foster a culture of respect and customer focus.
  • Engage with state societies, associations, and advocacy groups to support patient access and raise awareness for the Alliance, Dupixent MyWay, and Dupixent.
  • Conduct HCP office visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Work to reduce cycle times and increase patient conversion rates for Dupixent prescriptions.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or relevant experience
  • Experience in specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the assigned geography as needed (~50%)
  • Proven success in cross-functional teamwork within a matrix environment
  • Energetic, driven, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict management, and relationship-building abilities
  • Adaptability to change and constructive reactions to high-energy settings
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Compliance with all applicable policies, regulations, and legal requirements
  • Valid driver's license

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 50% travel within the geography, as necessary for meetings, trainings, and programs.
