Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager focused on key urology accounts across the geography. You will ensure target accounts understand billing, coding, and Medicaid/Medicare requirements, and you will partner with account teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

You will travel as needed, bring deep reimbursement expertise, and support training and best practices across field teams while aligning with compliance policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results, assist training and develop best practices.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays; valid driver’s license required.
• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.

• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways.

In this role you will:

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
