Syneos Health seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing and reimbursement processes for our products in Fort Wayne. You will build relationships with hospitals, ASCs and urology clinics, and work with account teams to optimize patient access.

Role requires at least 4 years in pharma/biotech/medical devices and 2 years in reimbursement, with overnight travel and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways.

In this role you will:

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
