Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive knowledge of billing and coding in target accounts, focusing on urology clinics, ASC and hospitals. You will build key relationships, navigate payer rules, and collaborate with the account team to improve patient access.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices with 2+ years in reimbursement, and are willing to travel with overnight stays. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial payers.
• Knowledge of billing, coding and reimbursement processes in Urology accounts, ASC and Hospitals.

You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

The Field Reimbursement Manager will be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to receive reimbursement through the appropriate payer when ordering products, consistent with company compliance policies, company procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Field Reimbursement Managers will be responsible for understanding the unique market issues of their geography, specifically part B reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care and patient pathways. This role offers an exciting opportunity in partnership with Urogen to make a meaningful impact in the patient treatment journey.

In this role you will:

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements associated with the products.

• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results, assist training and develop best practices.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Desired Requirements:

• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
• 2 years Urology experience preferred.
• Consistent track record of performance.
• Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, results-oriented.
