Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharma sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting.
  • Knowledge of payer policy, patient access workflows, and specialty pharmacy landscape.
  • Experience in field-based roles engaging with healthcare providers is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% and reside near a major airport.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored reimbursement education to provider offices on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, and appeals.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual engagements aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area needs.
  • Identify patient access barriers and offer compliant solutions to start or continue therapy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align territory strategy and visit objectives.
  • Share field insights on payer trends and regional reimbursement challenges with stakeholders.
  • Link HUB services with providers to streamline communication and next steps.
  • Use HUB data and payer research to inform routing and call planning.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and mentorship of new FRMs.

The Opportunity:

As a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM), you will serve as a strategic reimbursement and market access partner to healthcare providers navigating complex coverage challenges. You'll educate, consult, and collaborate with provider offices to support patient access to critical therapies.

This Field Reimbursement Manager role blends strategic insight with frontline engagement. You'll operate independently in the field while partnering with internal HUB teams and client stakeholders to remove barriers to therapy and drive measurable access outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver tailored reimbursement education and consultation to provider offices on payer policies, prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and specialty pharmacy pathways
  • Conduct on-site and virtual engagements aligned with brand strategy and therapeutic area need
  • Identify patient access barriers and provide compliant, actionable solutions to optimize therapy initiation and continuation
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to align on territory strategy and site visit objectivesShare field insights related to payer trends, regional policies, and reimbursement challenges
  • Serve as a liaison between HUB services and providers to streamline communication and clarify next steps
  • Utilize HUB data, payer research, and field reporting to inform territory routing and call planning
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship of new Field Reimbursement Managers

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience)

Minimum 3 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharmaceutical sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting

Demonstrated knowledge of payer policy, patient access workflows, and specialty pharmacy landscape

Experience in a field-based role engaging directly with healthcare providers preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to travel up to 80% and reside near a major airport

Ability to work independently from a home office or while traveling
