The Flex Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for supporting patient access and reimbursement services across an assigned territory through a combination of remote engagement and limited, case-by-case in-person interactions. This role may supportmultiple therapeutic programsand focuses on assisting healthcare providers and patients in navigating reimbursement challenges, including Benefit Investigations, Prior Authorizations, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.
Operating primarily in a virtual capacity, the Flex FRM builds and maintains strong relationships with healthcare provider offices and manufacturer representatives through video conferencing, phone calls, and digital communications. When needed, the FRM may travel to support high-priority client engagements or training events.

This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Flex FRM must be adaptable, organized, and committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience across diverse healthcare settings.
