Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare-related field, reimbursement, brand management, or sales.
• Buy-and-bill experience required.
• Experience with payer coverage and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field reimbursement expert for Harrow brands in Retina and Surgical franchises.
• Educate practices on payer coverage policy, coding, billing, and prior authorization requirements.
• Build trusted account relationships and conduct regular business reviews to improve reimbursement performance.
• Analyze payer patterns and changes in denial trends to guide account strategies.
