Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to support commercial customers in the Tampa, FL area. This field-based role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining and repairing walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers, beverage equipment, and related systems.

You will handle service calls, preventive maintenance and repairs, dispatched from home with a company vehicle and gas card, and you will be paid for all drive time. EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial refrigeration service experience
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment
• Experience servicing walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers
• Strong refrigeration diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
• EPA Certification
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in a field service environment

Responsibilities

• Handle service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs for commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues in the field.
• Work independently at customer sites and in assigned service area.
• Travel with company vehicle and gas card; participate in rotating on-call coverage.
• Document work performed and maintain equipment and tools.
