Job summary

EmployBridge in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Field Recruiter to join our team. You will partner with hiring teams to attract top talent across manufacturing and distribution roles, helping place great people into critical positions in the local area.

In this role you will source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews, while building a strong pipeline and ensuring compliance with internal processes such as drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification.

Qualifications

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis.
• Experience with VMS systems a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team.
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English).

• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart.
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities.
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment.
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!
