Flow is seeking a Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of hiring across property management, hospitality, and F&B. You will source, screen, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers while partnering with managers to build strong teams that reflect Flow’s brand values.
We value collaboration, data-driven decision making, and compliant hiring practices. The role requires onsite presence and fluency in Spanish is highly preferred for engaging diverse candidate pools.

As a Recruiter at Flow, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of recruitment across multiple business lines, including property management, hospitality and food & beverage. This includes developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. You will play a key role in building teams that help us deliver on our mission and represent Flow’s brand values.
