Job summary

Enexor BioEnergy, LLC is seeking an Electrical & Controls Technician in Franklin, TN to wire, test, and commission modular energy and carbon capture platforms. You’ll work hands-on with power, control, and instrumentation systems in real-world environments, ensuring safety, functionality, and field readiness.

You’ll collaborate with engineers and teammates, support continuous improvement of wiring standards, and adapt to extended hours to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced climate tech

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical systems and controls.
• Ability to read and follow schematics and technical drawings.
• Comfortable with tools, meters, and shop environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to own the outcome.
• US-based only. No relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical panels and field devices to spec.
• Install and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, relays, and VFDs.
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate connections across modular systems.
• Calibrate sensors and validate control loops.
• Read and interpret schematics, layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Support commissioning and field deployment of systems.
• Document changes and updates for traceability.
• Assist cross-functional teams with prototyping, testing, and operations.
