Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years Railroad Signal Maintenance experience.
• Willing to travel up to 100%.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member with minimal supervision.
• Clean and maintain job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Follow FRA, OSHA, company safety requirements and report hazards.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections without direct supervision.
• Operate heavy equipment to support grade crossing installations.
• Install, program and calibrate grade crossing components and controls.
• Follow AREMA guidelines for grade crossing system requirements.
• Demonstrate basic railroad signal troubleshooting skills.
• Verify site information against circuit plans.
