In this role, you will:

  • Lead risk assessments on high-priority projects before they launch—identifying challenges and creating mitigation plans
  • Implement quality assurance processes that drive service excellence and boost customer satisfaction
  • Conduct field and desk audits, identifying improvement areas and following through corrective actions
  • Analyze quality data and customer feedback to spot trends and eliminate recurring issues
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical concerns
  • Provide training to field service teams on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Lead root cause analyses and problem-solving efforts for nonconformities
  • Support ongoing continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and consistency
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure every service delivery meets or exceeds expectations
What We’re Looking For

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in both office and field environments— including at client sites where conditions may vary (dust, humidity, machinery noise, chemicals). You’re proactive and confident in making decisions that protect safety and quality.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Quality Engineering or a technical role in pharmaceutical, medical devices, aerospace, energy, or food & beverage industries
  • Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, CGMP, etc.)
  • Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality improvement tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Must be able to comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws
Preferred
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor
  • Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
