Qualifications

• 2–5 years in residential construction, field coordination or quality control.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and blueprints with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections at major construction stages.
• Create and maintain the master punch list for each home.
• Coordinate with trade partners to meet inspection timelines.
• Document findings with photos, dates, and responsible trades.
• Support field documentation and ensure process compliance.
• Assist with daily site monitoring and trade coordination.
