Essential Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring improvements in safety, security, quality, productivity, client relationships, and customer service are correctly implemented.
- Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve operational problems; identify work process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Prepare for audits by researching materials, formulating a plan of action, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Conduct daily on-site Quality Assurance inspections in compliance with contractual specifications and customer expectations.
- Communicate audit progress and findings by preparing reports and providing information in meetings.
- Provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, dispatchers, supervisors, managers, and clients.
- Help instill a culture of safety, security, and quality, delivering measurable results.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SALARY: $24.64/hr.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years customer service experience
- Aviation experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen
- Must meet all requirements to receive the Port Authority airport security badge, including a successful background check and 10-year work history.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- At least one year Guest Experience Ambassador experience with good performance, ethics, and attendance
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming – must keep uniform immaculate at all times when guest-facing
- Advanced communication and relationship-building skills – able to build relationships with internal and external partners using experience and advanced service techniques
- A collaborative team player who can work and communicate effectively with others
- A problem solver capable of working independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and adapt to changing circumstances
- Must be computer literate with a basic but solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
