Job summary

Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a QC Foreman to lead field quality control on large-scale industrial construction projects, including data centers and critical facilities. You will supervise QC inspectors, enforce safety and codes, and coordinate with superintendents to align QC with schedule.

Responsibilities include directing field testing, managing punch lists, and documenting daily QC status.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of QC/construction experience.
• Electrical/industrial construction background.
• Experience supervising field teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems.
• NFPA70E certification or familiarity.
• Journeyman Electrician License.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and NEC codes.
• Strong leadership and field decision-making.
• Ability to enforce quality and safety in real time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC operations and field staffing.
• Supervise QC inspectors and priorities.
• Coordinate QC with construction progress.
• Enforce quality standards and stop unsafe work.
• Verify QC programs and address deficiencies.
• Conduct field audits of workmanship and QA/QC processes.
• Manage punch lists and corrective actions.
• Escalate unresolved quality issues.
• Oversee field testing and commissioning activities.
• Verify test procedures and equipment calibration.
• Coordinate system readiness with commissioning teams.
• Align QC activities with schedules and milestones.
• Participate in meetings to support field execution.
• Ensure QC documentation and reports are completed.
• Review inspection reports and status updates.
• Maintain QC records and escalate critical issues.
• Enforce safety and stop-work authority.
• Lead safety compliance within QC.
