Job summary
Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a QC Professional for hydro power plant site work, with travel across the United States. The role focuses on hands-on quality control on construction sites rather than corporate quality management, with occasional training/offices visits.
The candidate will implement and monitor Quality Systems on site, ensuring contract compliance and maintaining client relationships. Hydropower/industrial construction exposure and NDT experience are advantageous.
Qualifications
- BS in engineering or equivalent with hydropower/industrial construction exposure.
- 2+ years in hydropower or industrial construction quality roles.
- Experience with NDT/NDE is a plus and beneficial for site quality.
- Familiarity with common measurement tools and inspection methods.
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and monitor the Quality System on site.
- Ensure fulfillment of quality requirements per contract and manuals.
- Maintain relationships with customer site reps on quality topics.
- Oversee quality performance and represent client interests on site.
- Coordinate inspections and document quality records on site.
