Job summary

Olsson is seeking a QA/QC Agent to work on-site at active construction projects, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and controls systems meet design, code, and industry standards. You will act as an extension of the Owner’s team, monitoring daily activities and upholding quality from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has strong QA/QC experience, construction knowledge, and the ability to lead tasks while collaborating with diverse stakeholders on fast-paced sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of QA/QC experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of installations and systems.
• Ability to lead projects and take ownership.
• Collaborative team player with client focus.
• Investigation and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities and field quality.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and controls installations for compliance.
• Maintain quality from the ground up and report findings.
• Collaborate with Owners' team and project stakeholders.
