The position supports the delivery under supervision of Field Engineer or Field Specialist and involves flexible rotational hours, on-site work, and strong teamwork to ensure uptime and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Entry level position
• Pumping Unit service experience is a plus
• High School diploma/GED

Responsibilities

• Operate Pumping Unit/Pump Jack equipment on location.
• Identify equipment functions and operate all auxiliary equipment.
• Apply all disciplines of driving, rigging up, operating and rigging down equipment on location.
• Maintain equipment and accurate driving records as required by region-specific transportation requirements.
• Maintain satisfactory driving record.
• Communicate details and directions clearly to team members.
• Follow safety regulations and Weatherford policies.
• Perform duties per Quality Policy and SOPs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor within the job scope.
