Qualifications

• 60 credit hours plus 1 year relevant work experience (per criteria)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess reports of child abuse or neglect.
• Gather information from families, schools, medical professionals, and law enforcement to evaluate safety and risk.
• Document cases in the agency system within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure safety and next steps for children and families.
