Job summary

OnSight PROS is seeking Field Reporting Technicians to visit rental homes in the Fort Worth, TX area and document property conditions with photos and notes. You will work independently in the field with hands-on training and support from a dedicated team, ensuring accurate, confidential reporting while delivering friendly customer service to property managers.

Flexibility is emphasized, with schedule planning 30–60 days in advance, and tasks including carrying ladders and some light maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code.
• Excellent communication with the company throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions.
• Take detailed photos and provide notes about issues observed.
• Provide professional and courteous on-site customer service.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling property information.
• Perform light maintenance tasks when needed (ladder use, replacing batteries/filters, fixing door stops).
• Work independently while following company guidelines and procedures.
