Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial insurance loss control inspection experience.
• Knowledge of commercial property, general liability and workers’ compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with online reporting systems and document uploads.
• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius to cover more cases.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
• Contact insured by phone, email, or text to schedule appointments.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of properties (commercial, residential, agricultural).
• Assess building systems, fire protection and life safety, and liability exposures.
• Capture interior/exterior photos per structure (20–35).
• Take measurements with measuring wheel, laser, or satellites.
• Interview insured about operations, system ages, and risk details.
• Update inspection status through ASI’s online platform.
• Complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
