- Physical fitness to climb ladders and access various building areas during surveys

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a consulting role with a High-Value Property Insurance Company
- Familiarity with Assembly of Construction, Occupancy, Protection, and Exposure (COPE) Data
- Previous experience assessing high hazard occupancies, such as flammable liquids and combustible dusts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
