Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, including suggesting packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent.

You will manage cash drawers, bank deposits, and help keep customers current with payments, making reminder calls when needed. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and access to their own vehicle for travel between

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business
• Help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside
• Transportation between different work locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
